How much does it cost to send a letter?

Your letter will be sent worldwide at the same price! This means that neither the recipient's country nor the sender's country is relevant to the price.
What payment methods are available?
superpost offers the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Where can I find the purchase receipt?
We will send you an email with your purchase receipt after payment. Otherwise, you can view and download the proof of purchase on the letter tracking page.
Will I get my money back if the letter can’t be delivered?
No, because even in such a case we’ll have printed your letter and handed it over to the postal service. If a letter can’t be delivered, either the address is wrong or there was an error in delivery. Since we have no influence on either of these, we do not offer refunds.
